Claudia Davis

I have always enjoyed drawing and viewing art in museums. After a career in marketing and sales I finally had the time to become serious about art. Oil is my medium of choice because of the richness of color that can be achieved. I enjoy almost all subject matter, landscapes, florals, figures, architecture etc. Art represents a major challenge and life long learning experience. I have studied with Paula Vadin Carlton, Louis Escobedo, Martin Gruele, Bruce Green, George Hallmark, Darnell Jones, Bruce Peil, Kaye Franklin, and John Pototschnik. I recently was accepted into the Rio Brazos National show for the third time and won the Mayors Choice Award at the first American Impressionist Society Paint Out in Texas.
